Cancellation policy

At Arctic Heat Retreat, some purchases may include memberships, session credits, punch passes, or gift cards. This policy explains how those purchases work and how they can be changed or cancelled.

Memberships

Memberships provide recurring access to Arctic Heat Retreat based on the membership option selected at checkout.

When you purchase a membership, your payment method is stored securely by our payment provider and charged according to your selected billing schedule.

You may cancel your membership at any time before your next billing date. Once a membership payment has been processed, it is non-refundable. Any unused credits already issued to your account will remain available according to the terms of your membership.

Membership credits are booking credits only. They cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded to the original payment method.

Punch Passes and Session Credits

Punch passes and session credits are prepaid credits that can be used toward eligible Arctic Heat Retreat sessions.

These purchases are non-refundable once purchased. Unused credits may be used toward future bookings and do not expire unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards may be used toward eligible Arctic Heat Retreat purchases and bookings.

Booked Sessions

Booked appointments are subject to our appointment cancellation and rescheduling policy.

If you need to reschedule, please use the rescheduling link in your booking confirmation email. Late cancellations, missed appointments, or no-shows may result in the session credit being used.

Pre-Orders and Try Before You Buy

We do not currently offer pre-orders or try-before-you-buy purchases.
