What first-timers ask

Do I need experience?

No. Most first-timers are brand new, and we'll walk you through it.

Is it awkward to come alone?

Not at all. Book one spot and you'll share with up to two others, or book all three for a private session. We keep sessions small on purpose, so it stays calm.

Is it clean?

Every guest gets their own cold plunge, drained and refilled with fresh water after every session. No chlorine.

Can I skip the cold?

Yes. Some of our regulars only use the sauna, and there's a rainfall shower with hot or cold water if you'd rather skip the plunge.

What should I bring?

A swimsuit. We've got the rest.
